The Kentucky State Police is now providing the Sex/Criminal Offender Registry online. The intent of registry is public safety and awareness. The database is made available to alert possible victims of potential danger, not to punish or embarrass offenders.

Victim Information and Notification Everyday, or VINE, tells you if an offender is incarcerated and provides other important custody information. VINE also allows you to leave a phone number and/or an e-mail address where you can be notified automatically when that offender is released, transferred from a county jail, escapes, or has an upcoming parole hearing.
